Socials, slides, print, and websites — done for you on a rhythm that fits your ministry workload.
Designed for churches first but we serve nonprofits and mission-driven small businesses too.
Your team is built for ministry. Not for endless graphic and social media work.
Every week, ministry teams lose hours to the wrong work: making sermon slides that reinforce the message, updating the Facebook page, editing announcement graphics right up until people walk in the door. The cost isn't just tired staff and inconsistent quality. It's ministry time you'll never get back.
What We Do
Pick what you need most, or let us cover all four. Every package is shaped around your team's voice, brand, and rhythm.
A steady stream of on-brand graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and your church app — so your feed never goes dark.
The visual parts of your weekend service, designed in advance, ready by Saturday, every single week.
The pieces members actually hold — designed with care, ready to print or send.
A website that reflects who you are — fast to launch, easy to update, ready to grow with you.
Recent Work
A few recent pieces — sermon series art, service promos, and seasonal campaigns, built to match each ministry's voice and look right at home on the screen, the feed, and the printed page.
Why Teams Hire Us
Outsourced design isn't a luxury. Your team gets their week back for more time pastoring and leading. Your brand looks modern — helping your church grow and connect with the community.
Your staff stops moonlighting as designers. They get back to people, prep, and presence.
A flexible monthly retainer at a fraction of a part-time creative's salary, benefits, and software.
No more Sunday-morning template scramble. Your visuals finally look like they all came from the same church.
The Honest Comparison
Most churches end up doing one of these. Here's how they really stack up.
EasyPath Design is built around churches. That's where the rhythm, the language, and most of our work lives. But the same problems (great mission, small team, creative tasks eating everyone's week) show up everywhere. If you run a nonprofit, a small business, or a mission-driven team that needs steady, on-brand creative without hiring a full-timer, we're a fit.
Meet Pat
I'm Pat Ward. Before I was a counselor, I spent 15 years as a pastor and nonprofit leader. For most of those years, I was the creative team. I built the sermon graphics. I designed the bulletins. I wrangled Sunday's slides on Saturday night for congregations ranging from 80 to 500 people. I know the rhythm because I lived it.
EasyPath Design exists because every church I've ever served had the same combination: a worthy calling, swamped staff, and creative work nobody really has time to do well. The graphics get made, but at the cost of someone's sleep, sanity, or sermon prep.
So I'm offering what I wish I'd had: a steady, trustworthy creative partner who already speaks your language, understands your week, and treats your church's voice with the care it deserves. I also run EasyPath AI for teams looking to reduce operational overhead with automation.
How It Works
No agency-speak. No long onboarding. We start small, prove the rhythm, and scale up if it's working.
A 30-minute conversation about your church, your team, and where design is leaking time.
We capture your fonts, colors, voice, and weekly cadence — once, so it's done forever.
A flat retainer covers everything for 30 days. You request, we deliver, you review.
Recurring weekly drops — sermon graphics, slides, social — plus on-demand projects as you need them.
